CIM offers a robust suite of web-based software applications running on our hosted server that are used to pre-screen for eligibility and assess clinical and other needs of elderly and disable persons needing long term care (LTC) in-home servces and supports to avoid institutionalization. Automated plans for care and detailed service delivery plans allow tracking of specific costs in relation to acuity levels of participants. Claims processing services are included in our array of management information systems. Software operations are customized to each customer's specific requirements.
