Commercial Construction Services, including Design/Build, Construction Management and General Contracting.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
A.R. Brouwer Company has strong, working relationships with local subcontractors and architects creating a team atmosphere. These personal connections result in efficient collaboration on every project, ultimately benefiting our clients. Working as a team, we construct buildings that are well thought out, aggressively pursued, completed on time and within budget. Our repeat customers are a testament to client satisfaction. A.R. How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located in Dexter, Michigan and currently do not have plans to expand beyond our home office.

A.R. Brouwer Company is located at 7444 Dexter Ann Arbor Road, Suite F, just east of Downtown Dexter.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of Southeast Michigan. The majority of our work takes place in Washtenaw County in the Ann Arbor / Dexter / Chelsea areas. We have completed projects throughout Southeast Michigan.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Steve Brouwer, Founder and Company President, performs the majority of sales and estimating work, and also manages the firm.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with the exception of holidays.
